Andre Sassine Promoted to Vice President at Hill International
Doha, Qatar -- Hill International, Inc., the worldwide construction consulting firm, has announced that a subsidiary company, Hill International (Middle East) Ltd., has promoted Andre Sassine to Vice President in charge of the company's operations in Qatar. Sassine was previously a Project Manager with the company.

Sassine has more than 20 years of experience in the construction industry. Prior to joining Hill in 2003, he was Associate Director with D.G. Jones & Partners. Before that, he was a Senior Project Manager with the Lebanese Ministry of Environment and a Design Engineer with the Australian engineering firm of Taylor Thomson Whitting. Sassine earned his B.S. in civil engineering from the American University in Beirut and had post-graduate coursework in law at the University of Reading.

"Andre more than earned this promotion due his hard work and managerial skills," said Raouf S. Ghali, President of Hill's International Project Management Group. "We expect our operations in Qatar will continue to succeed under his leadership," Ghali added.
